I do both free and paid requests. I may skip free requests if they are too difficult. I will never skip a paid request and will always prioritize them to be done first. Also, I can send you the Photoshop file once I am finished with it for paid requests.
For paid requests, click the donate button (paypal). There is an option to "leave special instructions for recipient." In there, just include your username or email or however you will be sending me the request.
